1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
• Certain items (innerwear, accessories, clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

• Provide order ID, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
• Our support team will guide you through the return pickup process.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be initiated after inspection of the returned product.
• Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for size/color issues if the product is in stock.
• If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
